Snohomish County, WA Uses Chatbot in Response to COVID-19

Microsoft releases new video focusing on Zammo customer, Snohomish County’s successful use of conversational AI. With the first reported case of COVID-19 in the United States, it was critical to provide the public with current, updated information using the most effective and efficient communication channels.  With the help of Microsoft and Zammo, they were able to deploy a chatbot within 2 days.
