Enhancing Your Experience: What's New?
2 Min Read
At Zammo, we’re always working hard to improve our product and provide you with an innovative and powerful solution that makes your experience more efficient and effective while eliminating complexity. Here are the latest product updates, highlighting the exciting new enhancements we’ve implemented.
New Features and Functional Improvements:
Enhanced Voice Data Persistence
Conversations and user memory scopes can now house essential voice data, ensuring accessibility and fostering a seamless voice experience.
Enable Selection and Movement of Records
Manage your data dynamically with the ability to select and move records for superior control and organization.
Enhanced File Management
File tasks, including uploading, renaming, moving, and deleting files or folders, have been streamlined for easier access and control.
Adjust Display and Branding
Adaptable display and branding options ensure consistency across channels, allowing rebranding and optimization.
Live Agent Aliases Enhancement (ZAgent)
Expanded functionality for Zammo Live Agent in Teams includes new aliases like /go online and /go offline, in addition to the existing ones.
Better Agent Queue Management (ZAgent)
Alerts and notifications now ensure users are gracefully informed if no agents are available while they are in a queue.
Inactivity Detection Feature (ZAgent)
Prompts agents before moving them to an offline state due to inactivity, improving efficiency and responsiveness.
Expanded Language Support (UI Kit)
We're working towards making conversations on Zammo more inclusive! You can now enjoy translated UI Kit labels for non-English chats, making navigation and operation more welcoming and intuitive for non-English speaking users.
Typed Configuration Variables
When defining configuration variables in the UI Builder, you now have the ability to select their data type. This enhancement aligns the configuration process with the data types commonly used in conversation design, ensuring seamless integration and consistency across the system. By specifying a data type for each variable—you can better control how the variables are used and validated. This feature helps reduce errors, streamlines the design process, and improves the overall user experience by ensuring that the variable type is always appropriate for its intended purpose.
Empower Users with Sign-in Options
We've introduced an enhancement that allows users the flexibility to break out of a sign-in prompt in two distinct ways. Users can now choose to click a button to break out actively or hit a maximum turn limit preset in the conversation design. Please note, by default, we do not support break outs unless activated by your conversation designer. If activated, the conversation design will need to monitor the result for Success=false.
Retry Option for ACS Number Search
We've enhanced our service to include an automatic retry of up to five times, with an exponential backoff in instances where ACS rate-limits the request with a 429 error. This means a smoother, more reliable service for you, even when encountering temporary hurdles.
We’re committed to continuous improvement and delivering features that empower your organization. If you have any questions about these updates or need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to your Project Manager or Customer Success Manager.
