As Chief Engineer Guy Tonye explains, “Let’s say, for example, I use the word ‘bananas’ when I type into the bot. I might be talking about the fruit, or maybe I said something like, ‘Oh, this is bananas,’ which has a completely different meaning. That context is so helpful because that same word can mean something entirely different.”
