Project Plan with Zammo.ai Customer Success  

  • Document the project's requirements, milestones, and deadlines.

  • Establish key indicators to measure project success.

Week 1:

Procurement & IT Setup 

  • Assess and validate security compliance for deployment.

  • Secure necessary IT approvals for implementation.

  • Finalize the purchase and licensing through Azure Marketplace.

  • Have the Azure admin set up the Zammo application on your tenant.

  • Set up and allocate resources for Azure OpenAI or LLM integration.

Hands-On Training 

Week 2:

  • Schedule a session with Zammo’s Customer Success Team to learn how to us the Zammo tool, AI best practices, content indexing, bot building, and testing.

  • Create a new project in the Zammo portal to begin development.

  • Set up the Azure OpenAI Host URL and API key for integration.

  • Schedule recurring meetings with Zammo’s Customer Success Team for ongoing support.

  • Configure website scraping and document uploads to provide relevant information.

  • Define your welcome message, colors, and images to align with your brand identity.

  • Use the UI Builder to create feedback systems (i.e. thumbs up thumbs down feedback), multilingual support, and live agent handoffs.

  • Conduct initial testing to identify and resolve issues.

Week 5:

  • Move finalized Knowledge Base and Q&A content from “Review/Staging” to “Publish.”

  • Copy and paste the provided code snippet onto web pages.

  • Transfer the existing number to the new conversational AI system.

  • For activating your Microsoft Teams channel, you will need to upload your bot to Teams and have your administrator grant access to your application.

  • For activating your Slack channel, you will need to create a new app in Slack, supply the YAML file (provided by Zammo), and then set up your App credential.

  • Promote your launch on social channels and websites directing customers to try new AI experiences.

Review, Iterate & Build 

Week 5+:

  • Schedule a Customer Success training 1-2 weeks after launch to analyze analytics and plan improvements.

  • Review raw data daily to identify and address negative bot responses (i.e. bot responses that received  thumbs down or negative feedback).

  • Make necessary updates to improve accuracy and user experience.

  • Measure results against initial program objectives to track success.

  • Enhance knowledge base content, expand multi-turn conversations, connect to backend systems and escalate issues to live agents in order to meet program goals.
