  • Enhanced VPAT Compliance: We’ve improved our UI Kit’s VPAT compliance, ensuring better accessibility for users of all abilities. Learn more.  

  • Automatic Link Handling in UI Kit: All links now open in a new tab, improving navigation and preventing disruptions while engaging with the bot.

  • Batch Processing for Document & Website Ingestion: We’ve introduced batch processing to handle large-scale document and website ingestion more efficiently, reducing system strain and improving reliability. 

  • Optimized Database Operations: By eliminating unnecessary nested orchestration, we’ve streamlined database processes, making them faster and reducing operational costs. 

  • Expanded Logging for Web Crawlers: More detailed logs provide better visibility into web crawling activities, making it easier to troubleshoot and optimize your data collection. Learn more.  

  • Domain Duplication Verification: The system now automatically checks for duplicate domains before adding new entries, keeping web property management organized and error-free. 

  • Transition to General Availability (GA) Endpoint for Document Intelligence: We’ve upgraded our document intelligence tools to a stable, production-ready GA endpoint, ensuring better accuracy and system reliability.

  • Granular AI Feedback Control: You now have more control over how AI-generated feedback is managed within the Open AI form, allowing for fine-tuned customization at an activity level. 

  • Improved AI Suggested Actions: The AI now provides more precise and contextually relevant suggestions, improving the overall chatbot experience. 

  • Chatbot Restoration Feature: If a chatbot encounters issues, you can now quickly revert to the most recent version, ensuring seamless continuity. 

  • Isolated Chatbot Styling: The new useWithIsolatedStyling attribute allows chatbot customizations without affecting the overall platform styling, giving you more design flexibility. 

Platform Usability & Integration 

  • Enhanced File Import Validation: The Zammo knowledge base now detects missing files or invalid JSON formats during imports, reducing errors and improving workflow efficiency. 

  • Facebook Messenger Integration: You can now connect your AI-powered chatbot to Facebook Messenger, expanding customer engagement opportunities on one of the most widely used messaging platforms.
