Here, we will share a glimpse of what is to come and how Zammo plans to innovate with the power of AI. 

From our Chief Engineer, Guy Tonye, here are some of his favorite new innovations coming to our knowledge base in the upcoming months: content insights, integrated AI agents, and multimedia support. These advancements are designed to not only enhance what’s possible today but also shape how organizations and end users interact with content in the future. 

1. Content Insights: Understanding Your Strengths and Gaps 

One of the biggest challenges for organizations is understanding how well their generative AI bots perform

  • Are users getting the answers they need? 

  • What content is missing or underperforming? 

We will be introducing content insights to help organizations analyze their knowledge base coverage. This tool will highlight gaps, identify strong-performing content, and ensure that users always get the most relevant answers. 

The idea is that Zammo will use AI to guide our customers as it relates to content optimization.  While they might think that a particular topic is fully covered in their knowledge base, the AI insights may reveal that it actually doesn’t have as much background content as other topics, and customers are not finding the comprehensive response they are hoping to locate.”

2. Integrated Generative AI Agents: Eliminating Friction

  • AI agents that “think” and respond based on your content instantly. 

It’s about removing extra steps. The knowledge base will work seamlessly with generative AI agents, delivering better answers at speed.” 

The advancements we are working on right now will securely integrate your content into the generative AI functionality. We’ll skip the step of first searching the knowledge base and then sending that content to generative AI for processing. Our idea is to simplify with generative AI agents that will have the content within it. It will provide a faster response, but also really continue to work on delivering answers truthful to the organization’s content.

3. Expanding Beyond Text: Supporting Multimedia Content

Imagine asking a question and receiving a response that includes: 

  • A link to the exact minute in a training video where your answer appears. 

  • A clip from a podcast with the relevant explanation. 

“The idea is to bring all types of content that are not your traditional documents, text or articles that are written, but that still have valuable information. And multimedia content, for some organizations, is becoming more and more a place where content is and so we want to be able to bring that in.”
