Creating a ChatGPT-Like Experience in Zammo

The two main services that are necessary to create a ChatGPT-like experience are now integrated into the Zammo product. Azure AI Search and OpenAI  combine to enhance the conversation experience as users query your private knowledge base. Our web crawler is designed to traverse your website, gather data, and index it using AI Search (formerly called Cognitive Search).

Adding Website URLs as a Data Source to Your Knowledge Base(s)

Want to enrich your knowledge base with website data? Our guide shows you how to add website data source(s) to your knowledge base in the Zammo Portal. Currently in V1.2, the Zammo web scraper is a powerful tool that will only get better with future updates.

Here’s what you can do:

  • The scraper starts from a single URL and follows all links on the same domain and subdomain.

  • You can configure the levels and the number of links on each page for the web scraper to scrape. It is important to call out that the larger number of links scraped, the larger the Azure cost that you will incur.

  • Users can manually trigger the re-index with the click of 1 button. Re-indexing checks if the page(s) have changed and refreshes the cognitive search index accordingly.

Using the Simulator to Test Your Content

Before going live, it’s crucial to test your conversational content. Our simulator is a fantastic tool for this purpose, providing you with a realistic environment to see how your content performs.

With the simulator, you can:

  • Test generative AI, dialogues and interactions.

  • Identify and fix issues in a controlled setting.

  • Ensure a seamless user experience when your bot goes live.
