Smarter Transfers with SIP in ACS
We’re excited to roll out expanded support for SIP transfers within Azure Communication Services (ACS). What does that mean for you?
When your IVR bot needs to hand off a conversation to a live agent, Zammo can now maintain full call context using SIP headers or User-to-User Information (UUI). This means:

OpenAI Connection Stability
We now automatically retry if OpenAI temporarily drops a connection—ensuring your embeddings complete without errors or missed chunks.
Faster Web Content Crawling
We’ve optimized our web crawling engine to remove inline styles and scripts. That means faster load times and cleaner data when crawling webpages.
More Secure Crawling
When a non-secure page is encountered, Zammo will now automatically try to find a secure version. Your KB stays safe, and your content stays compliant.
Better Crawler Reliability
We’ve added intelligent retry logic if a web crawl fails—no more getting stuck on a single bad page.
Improved Concurrency Control
New controls allow the system to better manage concurrent operations while indexing, to ensure smooth performance.
Introducing Knowledge Base Error Details
Experience enhanced transparency with our new feature that displays errors with your indexing, helping you better understand the reason for indexing failure.
